The Draw is hosted at the beautiful Hyde Polo Park with 7 natural grass fields. On-site amenities include restrooms, food trucks and vendors, merchandise tents, free parking, and leashed dogs are permitted.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

WITHDRAWAL

  • In the event a team must withdraw the following policy is in place:

    • ​Deposits are non-refundable/non-transferable

  • No refunds will be given to teams who withdraw 30 days out from the event start date.​
     

​WEATHER

  • The Draw reserves the right to shorten or alter game schedules in order to complete as many games as possible. If weather or other unforeseen circumstances prevent an event from being completed, refunds will be as follows:

    • 75% to teams that do not start any game

    • 50% to teams that complete 1 game.

    • No refunds will be given to teams once they have completed 2 games.
